I'm about 5'8", proudly full figured, and a really nice person. I'm a deep thinker, loud speaker, and sometimes really quiet. I love football, basketball, baseball, and hockey (the Four Sports Food Groups, lol). I like to go out sometimes, but I'm sort of a homebody. I love my family, I love my God, and I love myself.

I love hip-hop. I'm not talking about the "Crank That Movement" or stuff like that. I'm talking about real Hip-Hop. I LOVE A Tribe Called Quest, The Roots, Black Star (I love Talib Kweli and Mos Def as solo artists, too), Common, Kanye West, K-OS, Will.I.Am., The Neptunes, and the list goes on. I love R&B, especially the oldies. Earth, Wind, and Fire, The Stylistics, The Temptations, Marvin Gaye, Tammi Terrell, Smokey Robinson (He's still fine), Maze feat. Frankie Beverly, The Commodores, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Luther Vandross, The Surpremes, Tracy Chapman, Anita Baker, Curtis Mayfield, Bootsie Collins, Parliament/Funkadelic, and the list goes on. I love my new R&B/Neo Soul artists, too. Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Anthony Hamilton, Babyface, Usher, D'Angelo, Angie Stone, Crisette Michelle, and the list goes on.
Favorite Books, Writers, Genres:

My favorite book is "Their Eyes Were Watching God" by Zora Neale Hurston. I read any and everything, though. I especially love to read poetry. Sonia Sanchez, Gwendolyn Brooks, and Langston Hughes are my favorite poets.
Favorite Movies, Actors, Genres:

My favorite movie is "The Color Purple." I never get tired of it. I like all kinds of movies except for fantasy movies, like "Harry Potter" or "Lord of the Rings." I never really got into those types of movies.
Favorite TV Shows, Actors:

Two words: Ninja Warrior. That show is AWESOME! If I'm not watching that, then I'm flipping between CNN, ESPN, and the local news channels here in Pittsburgh.
Favorite Places:

Point State Park in Downtown Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Montgomery, New York City, Chicago, South Carolina, and Florida.
Interests and Activities:

I'm pretty much in to any and everything, except drugs and booze. I'll have the occasional drink, but I don't really DO drugs. I don't even like taking NyQuil.
Wish List:

A good book, peace and quiet, hair that behaves, a smaller waist, and some ice cream. I know I just wished for a smaller waist, but it doesn't have to be THAT small, LOL.
Thought of the Day:

People are going to talk about you everyday. You can do one of two things: You can sit around and cry about it, or you can ignore them and go about your business. I choose to do the latter.
